I already have an WASR-2 though. It would be nice to have a 7.62 but not neccessary. Right now I don't have any rifles that are accurate out to 100 yards other than my 10/22.

They include an AK bayonet... but the bayonet mounting lug has been ground off.

Used to have a WASR-10/63. Not as tight as the Yugo AK that has replaced it. Mags liked to wobble - but that's probably not the fault of the dremmelled-out magwell opening :hsugh:

My WASR > that shit. I got it as a single stack GP 10/63, refinished the wood, and just picked it back up from Henderson Defense today, after they widened my magwell out on thier mill. My mags fit perfect, literally no wobble. All together, I've spent $450 including tax, NICS, and 4 magazines.

I wish I could find some good furniture like that one has. Mine came with a Folder and synth furniture. Anyone got some wood?

Ironwood like Nova said if you want to spend some coin on some really nice wood, or check the for sale forums on the ak forum or arfcom ee people are always selling wasr take off's. After some sanding and fresh stain the romy wood comes out surprisingly nice.

That is where I planned on buying mine from. They sell theirs with a guarantee after they inspect them to make sure the sights aren't canted and the magazine doesn't wobble.

They don't guarantee mag wobble on most of the ones they get that are already 30-rd. They do guarantee the rifle will function properly though. The one I bought was a single stack WASR that I had them put on the mill and widen it, since they actually take pride in thier work, unlike Century.
