I hadn't been to the gracie school in a few months due to the holidays + relationship fucking drama bullshit.... but now I'm back and am going to start training full time, 6 days a week  I can't wait. daytime classes are so small you get a lot of personal attention from the instructors. then thursday I get to hit the night class too.

today I rolled around with a couple dudes who are also white belts, the first guy I only got to roll with once cuz he hurt his knee, the other guy was new, only been around a month or so, and he liked to press foreward real hard and fall into newbie traps. The first roll I had I kinda tried to muscle everything cuz I hadn't really rolled with anyone good in a while, plus I've gotten a shitload stronger since the last time I was there. after that I chilled out and let the techniques work themselves and it was all gravy.

man I sure do love me some grapplin. I mean I love all aspects of martial arts, but man I love me some grapplin.

    thanks chechen :wavey:
