    ......and I LOVE IT.

Got a gym membership finally. I moved a month ago and have only had access to this crappy fitness center at my apartment complex, now I got a membership at Gold's.

I worked out nice and hard yesterday (I was too excited to ease my way into it :o) and I woke up this morning not being able to lift my arms above chest level :wiggle:

Now my gym is 3 miles away and a lot nicer, instead of 17 miles away like back home, so I'm sure I'll even go a lot more often.

Compared to 17 I am sure that is a great thing.

Glad you have a more convenient place to lift, enjoy it!
