after watching bartendaz and fitness from the streets

    i havent touched a weight in a month. all ive been doing is the following exercise.

    - pullups max
    - 20 pushups
    - 30 situps
    - 10 dips

    calisthenics > weights

    Lawl, the reason those guys do those exercises is because they can't afford to go to the gym hence the "thug" workout

    i can almost do one actually. its crazy how you improve with calisthenics.

    weights are for people that dont play / dont have any talent / suck at sports so they do something anybody can do, lift weights.
