    one box is running nginx to serve static web assets, it's also running mysql. second box is handling all of the rails/apache requests.

    I have a couple new ventures with a local buddy of mine. I'll detail everything once we're closer to production, but it should be fun. It's nice working on my own stuff for once and not having to listen to clients :o

    i see myself doing a SCSI RAID, then moving to the cloud for a CDN.

    i'm switching because i'm pay extra for ram right now, I'll actually spend less with this box, and gain a RAID1 for both machines.
