i was working on my 120lb to 185lb progression maybe a year or so ago? hit 165lbs then got a concussion snowboarding, was out for a few months and dropped to like 145. then a little while later i crashed my motorcycle going 110 and severed my pinky and damaged my ring finger. after lots of PT my ring finger is usable now, my pinky is having its final pin removed this week.

im going to go back to my old routine and bulk up again, but i am curious if there are any finger exercises i can do to strengthen the damaged ones? they both lost a lot of mass and it looks fucking wierd :hs:

Finger tip bench press and finger tip curls are probably your best bet :dunno:

i came back from a shoulder injury ... what i had to focus on was highest possible level of form and strengthening work for the shoulders/rotators ...

you might want to incorporate strengthening for your fingers... i hear there's a grip-specialist on here :mamoru:+
