is it important to still sea salt soak your ears? And how long does it normally take before you can put in silicon plugs?

When stretching your ears, its not nessessary to do sea salt soaks unless you've done the stretches too quickly before your ears were ready for it and "blew" your earlobes, in which case you should go to a smaller size until theyre healed again. A properly done stretch is done 4-6 weeks between each jump and should not hurt or require soaking.
