I'd say bulking is way fucking harder. Cutting is mostly just a matter of self control and commitment. Bulking is pushing physical limits in several ways. It's so fucking hard to sit down and eat all this food, and cram down chicken breast after chicken breast . And then stacking your weights heavier and heavier each week. I don't mind lifting weights, but it's so hard to eat this much. At first I was like "Oh well, how hard could it be to eat 4500 calories a day?" And for the first couple weeks I did fine, but now it's getting harder and harder.
