Well after reading Chris's post if you cant deadlift 400 your a pussbag I had told myself I have to go big today, well at least on DL. Also I havent really DL'ed since 2002 and back then I didnt even know what I was doing and rarely pulled over 300 I think. I got in the gym and there were 2 sports teams and everything was taken so I decided to to do DL's first. ( killed all my strength for the rest of teh nite though) Went like this and decided to start pulling with a sumo grip.( like it better) 225 x6 warmup 275 x6 315 x5 was the most I pulled since starting in Sept 06 so I said fuck it 365 x4 385 x2 and I called it quits. I felt like I was on a mission tonite and was so pissed about Pur leaving, that was my motivation Im happy and will be going for 400 in the next week or so.
