You son of a bitch.
Very good!! I recently hit my goal of 185 for six reps! super super good job bro! I hope to catch up to ya soon!
My goal is still 225 as well. Been working on it for almost a year though. =/
Talk about setting yourself up for success.
Congrats. I think for many of us when beginning, 2 plates was a milestone. Not reffering to the mutants of course.
Damn, good job bud . I'm hoping to be repping (6-8) 225 before the summer starts. Going to try 205 this week.
that always feels good.
feels better when you pump it out 15+ times though like me. Boss.
how long does it take to go from 2 plates to 3?
Good work man. Still working on the two plates. I'll be up there with you soon enough!
Im still working for 125. For some weird fucking reason. I cant bench shit.
Nice job dude... but don't sell yourself short. You can easily hit 245 in the near future. If I were you i would goal to 275lbs
I remember the first time I got 225x1 I was so excited it ruined the rest of my workout.
Out of everything I've acomplished so far I think that was the best.
shit...for me 1 plate was a milestone...
even a longer time.
picking that + prop + tren up this week
die big. die young. dianabol.
Did 225x6 today, B2C. Felt great. Now I hurt Dropsets ftw... started at 225 and went down 20lbs at a time till I couldn't even lift the bar anymore.
How tall are you?
Congratulations. I'm nowhere close to 225 bar to chest. I can do it to parallel but what's the point in that. Minus whale follow those up with 2" ROM squats and call it a total body work out.
You have to say that round these parts, or people will start asking what your wingspan is
EDIT: Not to mention I didn't used to go past parallel... the first time I could do 225 all the way down I was very excited.
Benching in the PR territory feels like a leap of faith sometimes and sometimes it's just that because it gets easier afterward.
