started 6'3 190lbs, now 205. first time taking pics, don't have any before pics
tough to say without starting pics, but looking beach bod good
how have the lifts been coming along?
is that what you looked like before 4 months of lifting?
pretty good, i played bball through high school and was strong, but skinny (~175lbs)
i lost all that strength until now, where in only 4 months i think im stronger than i ever was in high school. when i started in feb i was reppin 135 on bench for the first month or so, now i'm up to 185-195 and all my other lifts have risen about the same.
nah arms were a lot smaller, chest was flat, and dunking a bball was kinda hard. squats have lowered the rim by two feet it seems like
