after 4 months of lifting, I look like this *pic*

    tough to say without starting pics, but looking beach bod good

    how have the lifts been coming along?

    pretty good, i played bball through high school and was strong, but skinny (~175lbs)

    i lost all that strength until now, where in only 4 months i think im stronger than i ever was in high school. when i started in feb i was reppin 135 on bench for the first month or so, now i'm up to 185-195 and all my other lifts have risen about the same.

    nah arms were a lot smaller, chest was flat, and dunking a bball was kinda hard. squats have lowered the rim by two feet it seems like :o
