    That's pretty quick for the first carb load. Of course, that's based on other stuff that I've read

    according to UD 2, it's 4 days of 50 grams or less of carbs, then full 7000 calorie + carb, thursday pm into friday...

    Mine starts on Monday w/ 2 full weeks of only 30g :( I might bump to 50 though, depends if I want to die or not. Definetely might buy some fiber pills but hopefully eating a ton of vegetables wont make it too bad

    you supposed to have a slight amount of fructose during the load. It would'nt hurt. My load tommorrow is mainly gonna consist of starchy food, bread, bagels, pasta shit like that

    dude that is going to be ROUGH. I was already on a ~100 grams a day of carbs, before I started UD2. 50 gms of carbs MAX coupled with full body circuit high-rep training = MURDER

    dont go ape shit if you're sensitive to carbs youll definitely have to tone down his carb-up recommendations

    What do you mean by sensitive to carbs? As in making you feel super tired? Or being inclined to put on fat much faster

    Exactly... I wouldn't call 28 grams of fructose in one shake a "slight amount"... thats about 1/2 to 1/3 the total recommended amount for the entire load. Especially when pretty much everything else will have tag along sucrose in it.

    Some people can get away with dirty carb loads though, I'm just jealous.

    i'm not sure why you guys are doing these extreme diets, it seems like a good way to lose lots of muscle. i've lost a ton of weight just doing classic: less calories, high protein, lots of exercise...but still plenty of carbs. just my 2 cents... :dunno:

    UD2 is better for retaining LBM if you have it dialed in correctly. If you're going to argue against something you should at least have read the book.
