MMA After 3 weeks off because of the holidays and work i get back to training tonight..

    I have been 100% lazy and haven't done anything physical in like 3 weeks. It will probably be a rough couple of days this week between BJJ and the gym until i get back in the swing of things. :o

    same here. i have gained 5lbs since i last trained and need to get that off so i can get back on track with my weight goals.

    This is my first full week back as well. :big grin:

    And my off nights are occupied as well. Saturday I will be a zombie.

    so my left knee is twice the size of my right knee :o

    I wish I was you :wtc: I've gained 0 pounds since I took a 2 month break of bjj. Then, just last week alone, I lost 3 pounds. :wtf: I'm not even sick. I can't imagine when I get back to BJJ. I'm going to die one night from unknown starvation.

    swollen. our teacher is in Vegas getting his black belt certification in Muay Thai, and we had had one of his top purple belts who is a fighter for KOTC i think running our classes. His warm ups are extreme, like nothing we have ever done in class, and more intense then the class itself. I haven't done shit other then sit on my ass for the last 3-4 weeks. Part of warm up was piggybacks down the mat. So i have a 245lb guy on my back and after about 5 steps my left knee goes out and my left knee just smashed into the mat. I weigh 225 and Robert weighs 245. The more into class we went the more uncomfortable it was then i pulled my pant leg up and was like oh shit. When doing guard drills when I was in guard I couldn't put any weight on that knee at all. Took some somas last night, feels a little better today but still nice and swollen.

    i added up some more boxing to my routine right now I go to a boxing gym m w and then go to a muay thai gym tues thurs fri
