your brother reminds me of mine. He'd be lucky to be 55kg, he's 6ft tall. The only difference is he is atheletic, swims a shit ton and plays alot of girlie sports *like tennis*.

my brother said he was gonna try out for varsity basketball next year, he has never played anything but church league, i told him he could practice with me untill camp, which is june 10th-14th, he said "i dont want to train with you, and im not going to camp" i said "wtf, why not, its like 2 days after school is out wtf else are you gonna do? its at nc state so ill hook you up man" he goes "im going to kansas then" i said "do you have your tickets yet?" to which he responds "no, but i told everyone thats when im going" i say "who the fuck is everyone?" he goes "mom and dad" and i said "well you cant wait 4 days? you have all summer dude, you havnt gone to ANY of the workouts, you gotta go to camp so they can see how you play against other people..." he goes "no man, i just want to keep everything how it is"

he claims that he demolishes the kids in p.e. class, i told him he could do workouts with me for bball and that if he worked out with me everyday i guarantee he would make the team, he just has no desire to play, he would rather have the appearance than actually do it, "all show, no go"

305 before i fucked my knee up, now im doing nothing trying to get over this tendonitis in my patella, fucking jumpers knee
yeah, alot, some of it fat, im not really concerned, i was like 135 pounds when i started. Fucking rediculous.
200 pounds parallel this morning. I'v never tried 'full squats'.
you should try them... they are the awesome.
Also, AE86, I had tendonitis in my right knee from skateboarding when I was younger... you tried using knee wraps and consistently icing it?
Full squats are said to make the knee actually less vulnerable to injury because it strengthens all the muscles that stabilize it yadda yadda. My knees feel great and unproblematic since I started doing full squats, whereas I used to get knee injuries all the time and they were always crackley.
yeah, i have been icing every day, its gotten ALOT better, i refuse to use knee wraps though, i might just be retarded
