I haven't lifted weights (hard core anyway) since high school, any suggestions for getting back into it 10+ years later, i had shoulder, elbow, and knee probs back then which contributed to my stopping. I know I can't go heavy like the old days, and i know i can bench and dead lift still but i'll miss the squat, i don't think my knee will take it,,,,any suggestions to replace what i always thought was 1 of the best overall lifts?
