advice on weightgainers?

    best product? best flavor?

    i know i should be eating food, but i am going to have trouble getting as many calories in as I need to the first few weeks of my cycle. i will eat as much as possible and when I can't eat anymore, I will take the weightgainer.

    Id tell you to eat, because i doubt your diet's at a place where you're already getting what you need from whole foods.

    dont cop out with weight gainers just yet?

    i eat 6 meals a day.... probably around ~3-4k cal, and it's hard as hell to eat that much for me at this point. i just need a boost to get to 5k and then after a few weeks my stomach will slowly expand and i'll be able to decrease weightgainer and up the food. know what i mean?

    what else do you want to know? mass meal is different from those other products. it's an MRP. you make it weight gainer by adding more calories with the things i told you before. you could also do the same thing using regular whey protein as a base.

    the other products you listed are loaded with a shit-ton of carbs, all from sugar and maltodextrin. stay away
