I leave for basic training in a month or so so I'm trying to increase my pushup and sit up amounts, and decrease my running time.

For the past couple of months I've been doing nothing but those three exersizes and I'm seeing quite a bit of improvement. But its getting really boring. Are there any other exersizes anyone would recommend that would help me in those areas? I'm not a member of a gym and the only extra thing i have to work with is free weights.

    Thanks.

there are lots of things you can do what do you have to work with??? Do you had DB? a bench a huge ball??

On the cheap you can get a ball for 25bucks at target, and a set of DBs for like 40 bucks with the spin off ends. On the ball you can do lot of things.

    DB bench
    DB flys
    DB presses
    DB arnolds
    DB shoulder flys
    DB shrugs
    DB lunges
    DB DL
    DB SLDL
    DB Squats
    DB crunches
    just to name a few.
