"If you can't flex it then DON'T ISOLATE IT" You need to have control of your body if you are going to do isolation movements. If I asked you to flex your pecs this would be easy for most people. They can make their boobies bounce with pride. Now what if I asked you to do the same with your triceps, delts, hamstrings, lats? If you can't then why in the hell are you doing tight isolation bodybuilding cable work? Hum, never though of that one did you. Stick with the presses and rows and build muscle first. You can't flex bone.

  2. Damn good advice, I give my clients the same(in not so many words)

I can just see it now. Tons of kids trying to flex lats, traps, and tris so they can feel cool enough to isolate those lil things.

Yeah, that was more of him trying to make a point, IMO. Hell, he even says stick to rows at the end

Where is the test to find out your personality "type"? I am curious but I think I am a fucking A, and like you said it can have great ups and big downs. I think Danny Bonaduce is a Type A but he is just a fucking idiot.

Ups and down is bipolar, type a personality is being competitive, being angry/mad often, feeling lots of pressure, etc. It's not even used in psychology anymore.
