alright, here's my situation. I've been lifting on and off for the past 5 years or so, with enough emphasis on the off to hardly get anywhere. I'm sitting at 5'8''-5'9'' 155 or so, with a good amount of fat on my stomach and man boobs - I hold an inordinate amount there, it really sucks and makes me want to cut pretty badly. However, I know my strength and muscle just isnt where it should be. I'm thinking if I get back into lifting and cardio full bore, my body composition should change out for the better. At the same time, I'd like to gain as much strength and muscle as possible, because staying at this level is just ridiculous - which makes me want to bulk. any advice?
