Ever since I started working I have been going out for lunch. I need to start eating healthy again. What do you guys bring to lunch or buy for lunch when you're at work?

what kind of diet are you on? this should be taken into consideration. i can reccomend a lot of things to bring but i dont know if that would be good b/c you dont say what ur doing.

either way... i bring like a chicken sandwhich with lettuce... 2 slices of bread, chicken, lettuce... its really not as plain as it sounds. Also a piece of fruit. If im going startch free for luch, a salad...

    how about tuna fish?

or some yummy wraps.. if youre trying to save money, definitely pack.. and its probably much healthier b/c you control exactly whats going into your food.

i usually take some lean lunch meat with a small salad and a piece of fruit. like others have in this thread, pack your own lunch, then you will know exactly what's in the food
