lacrosse season has officially started at school, which means practice every week day. up until now, ive been lifting 4-5 days a week, depending on if i combined legs and shoulders into the same day. ive been taking protein every day, so should i just continue to do this through the lacrosse season? hopefully ill be able to make it into the gym at least 3-4 times a week. if im only able to lift 3 days a week, should i continue taking the same amount of protein that i have been? working out is going to suck after practice, but i dont know how else to keep my gains without losing them. any advice would be cool, thanks

you can do compound ex. like rows, pullups (bi+back), bench, dips (chest+tri)

also more legs..you can spread out legs throughout the week, so you don't end up doing 4 sets of squats, 4 sets of deads and 4 sets of SLDL's (for example) in one workout

lift on the weekends to free up 2 practice days. go in the morning before school. or go a few hours after lacrosse. dont go from lifting to practice.

also lacrosse is the most fun sport i have ever played.
