    Gurus-

Anyone know of any bad effects to taking too much B12 for energy? I'm taking about 400mcg of Methylcobalamine (freakin expensive) and 12mcg of Cyano (it's in another multivitamin, just happens to be a part of it.)

I'm not jittery or anything, just want to know if I should be increasing my water intake or something... :wavey:

I was under the impression that the methylcobalamine version didn't get wasted like the other one...
