I hope someone here can help me out. I'm not very good with technical computer stuff. I just picked up a copy of Adobe Premiere 6.5 and I'm struggling with the installation process. When I try to run it, it says:

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for runnning MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.

I can't seem to figure out what the problem is, and I have absolutely no idea what the hell that means. So, yeah, if you could help me out, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

my advice, get premiere pro or pro 1.5. They are much much better than 6.5
