If you're familiar with Adobe Acrobat, could ya lend me your help?

I'm filling out my college application in PDF form, then going to print it out and mail it in (Online submission isn't an option for me)

I need to paste a picture onto a page that contains text on it as well. I can't import the picture in any way, except making it its own page. Do any of you know how to get the picture just to show up on a page with writing so that i can move it around and resize it and what not? Thanks

PS I'm using Adobe Acrobat Professional 7.0 on windows XP.

I know this isn't really an answer to the question, but wouldn't it be easier to just leave a space for the photo, then print it out, tape the photo on and photocopy that page?
