I have acrobat 7.0 professional for my imac here at work. we have an Indesign file we want to convert to a fillable form pdf. I have searched and clicked on everything but can't get the thing to create a form.

btw, from indesing, i "printed" it as a postscript file, then in distiller i converted it into a pdf.

any help on how to do this?

could you export rather than "print" with the distiler, from InDesign as a pdf, then add the form elements in Acrobat?
