adjusting to bulking again sucks...

    i get so weak i can barley stand. i couldn't even hold my arms up to play guitar last night :ugh:

    i'm down to less between 2 & a half & 3 hours. but there's times i hafta go 4 & i feel like i'm gonna die. i guess i need to start stuffing more in at each meal so that doesn't happen? :dunno:
    it's just weird how the hunger hits real bad real quick.

    i get all guilty when i get hungry & feel like muscle is withering away :rofl:

    it's hard to man up when you're light headed :o

    I don't understand what's going on here. You couldn't hold up your arms to play guitar because you started bulking? Did you have a whole stack of pizzas in your arms or something?

    no, from conditioning myself to eat so often & then when you don't get it on time you get light headed & have a lack of energy.

    i dropped a lot of weight during my wrist injury last summer. i've been doing 5x5 instead of a 5/3/3/3/3/3/1/1/1/1 crap ever since.
    i haven't tried to bench over 205 or squat over 300 in about a year. which i guess is still ok for someone weighing under 140.
    i'm gonna get back up to 148 & see what i can get then.
    i basicly didn't lift regularly between last summer & february because of the nerve damage in my wrist.

    When summer is over, I plan on bulking again. Not looking forward to my pants gettign tight and my face/neck getting fat :(
