Well I have some adhesions in my shoulder... and it's causing me pain, discomfort, and limited flexibility and movement. My buddy is a chiropractor... and he has been working on my shoulder every couple weeks... which helps... but isn't enough. He gave me a few stretches to keep it loose.. but it's still bothering me. Has anyone experienced this and what are some things I can do to help it? I'd really rather not go to a physical therapist or anything like that (even though I know that's what I should do) Also, are there any supplements or anything out there that will loosen these things up? Thanks.

Going to the physical therapist is what I am doing. I have adhesions in the neck, upperchest and shoulders. My first appt. is this wednesday.

Gentle Stretches are best for overcoming adhesions. These have to be done very slowly and not cause any pain. I'd recommend going to a PT more than anything though.
