I am not sure if this is even possible, but I wanna add text to my autonumber field so it looks like this:

    RSVP0001
    RSVP0002
    RSVP0003
    etc...

    Is this possible?

If not, I can create an autonumber field in my table, then create a query right? Is it possible to add the RSVP in the query? If so how?

In the properties of the Autonumber field, you can change the format to "RSVP"0000

This does NOT change the actual value of the field, just how it is displayed. You could create a query to create an additional field that would store that value however. Simply create the text field and then create an update query to change that field to "RSVP" & format([AutoNumberedField],"0000")

From a adatabase designing point of view, there's no reason to add RSVP into the field. I highly recommend you use the format function to display the autonumber in a friendlier format
