adding oats to protein shake?

    Never did it before, do i need to blend it or can i just add it straight into a shaker? What do you guys prefer?

    I prefer not to put oats in my shake.

    i blend it, you need to blend it on a higher setting or else you will have to choke down lots of oats at the end, i suggest adding something that will keep the shake thick since the oats will sink to the bottom.

    what i do is blend a bunch of oats dry and then bring to work so i can make my shakes here... i just add them to my morning shake

    you'll have to shake, drink, shake, drink, though

    Blend them, otherwise the end of your shake will be chunky and scratch your throat.

    I just cook 1/2 cup of oats in the microwave with water and add a scoop of protein for flavor

    I think my roommate and I are the only ones that like that shit. I eat it every morning, Gold Standard double fudge whey FTW

    i'm out of the house about half an hour to 45 minutes after i wake up... and i'm at work in another 15

    it's not that big of a hit to me
