Is there anything bad about doing this? I rather not take out all the cooking ware and cook egg whites. It would be better if I could just chug 'em down along with my oatmeal.

I heard they're tasteless and shouldn't influence the shake's taste or texture that much, but is it safe to do this? Is there anything I should be worried about?

Is there anything good about doing this? Just have more protien shake or get some egg protien if you'd like. There's nothing particularly special about egg whites. :dunno:

Use egg white egg beaters, they're pasteurized and have the same benefits...i think.
