Adding calories to my day...

    I rarely have the time during the day to get as many calories as I want in my food intake. Is there any shakes/powder stuff that you can take to add any? :dunno:

    M&Ms & cookies are tasty, there are a host of protein powders: Bulk nutrition, true protein, protein customizer...
    U could eat some fast food, wendies uses 100%beef in there burgers i think..

    Are the bulk nutrition things just for more protein, or does it cover a lot of areas?

    start adding peanuts, walnuts, coconut oil, etc to your meals. If you eat 6 meals a day these could add over a 1000 calories
