ADD to my Grocery list v.cleanbulk

    I am a little over 6'0"ish & 190-195 lbs depending on the day. I just ordered some CreEthylTHUNDER and ON Whey protein & i have centrum multi's & Balance bars (Peanut Butter). Now, I'm gona go to the grocery and get things for a clean bulk .

    List:

    2 4lb bags of chicken breasts
    tuna
    eggs
    milk
    yogurt (dannon la creme)
    cottage cheese
    bananas
    cambells chunky soup (steak & potato and chicken & dumplings)
    2 loafs of wheat bread
    lunch meat (prolly turkey)
    pasta noodles
    hot dogs
    Peanut Butter (Jif)
    3 64 oz gatorades
    cases of water

    Anything else i should get????:p

    Just get stuff that you will actually eat. Too many times I have gotten giant containers of cottage cheese just because it is a good food only to let it rot in the fridge because I always eat a steak or something else. If you don't like it you probably aren't gonna eat enough to bulk unless you are really disciplined.

    That said, I eat tons of canned beans, both whole and the low fat/fat free refried stuff. Mix it up with meat for good and easy meals.

    DOES IT SAY PARTIALLY HYDROGENATED IN THE INGREDIENTS?

    If it does, which most likely it does, it means it has trans fat. They don't have to put trans fat on the label if its .5 or less.
