    Just found this on about.com:

    http://usmilitary.about.com/od/joiningthemilitary/a/asthma.htm

So basically, you need to be off your meds for 1 year and show no signs of ADD and you should be good to go.

Sorry for making a new thread c5load, but I really wanted to post this article for him to see since I think it would be helpful to him.

I've received a lot of help from people on here and other places, so when I have the opportunity to help someone else out, I like to help them.

I can't pass judgement on something like that over the internet without knowing the persons character and all that type of stuff. Just because someone has ADD doesn't mean they'll be a bad Marine/soldier/whatever, he served honorably the first time around and if he can jump through the hoops and stay off his meds for at least 1 year without any signs of ADD or anything, then by all means let him join back up.

And it's a fighting hole :fawk: :mamoru:.
