    Weigh ins for the ADCC trials are going to be on the same day of the event prior to the competitors match. There will be a 3 pound allowance for shorts and rash guard etc. :eek3:


    EAST coast trials for the 2009 North American ADCC Trials have changed to June 13th and 14th.

    WEST coast trials will take place on the campus of Cal State University Dominguez Hills during May 23-24th, 2009
    Carson, CA (same site as the pan ams)

    The womens trials will be on the west coast only. No womens divisions on the east coast.
    Women's Divisions will be at the weight of 132lbs instead of 121lbs (-60kgs and +60kgs).

    i cant make the 143 (+3lb allowance) for same day comp. :wtc:
    my 157lb ass is gonna get smashed by 170lb'ers.
