    decided to try keeping a log to encourage myself to be more active/healthy.

    dont really know where to start -im not trying to lose or gain weight, but want to increase my endurance - i get tired way too easily and fast when doing any physical activities. ill take measurements and try to post them tomorrow though

    what i've been doing so far is just going to the gym to get on ellipticals/treadmills for 30-1 hr at a time whenever i can. trying to go 3 times a week though instead of randomly and go up to 1 hr each time so thats what im working on for now. :)

    ran for about 30 minutes today, gonna try to do it on the treadmill and write down calories/distance so i have more to measure next time

    did a few calculations since i decided im trying to keep an eye on my diet too

    REE = 1299kcal/day

    EER = 1941kcal/day

    BMI = 22.21kg/m2

    Body Fat Percent from http://www.healthstatus.com/cgi-bin/calc/calculator.cgi = 17.15%

    thursday ran for about 30 minutes, played tennis for about 2 hours.

    will start writing my food down and keeping track of that

    yesterday ran around the block a few times for about 30 minutes again and played some tennis for an hour.

    started food log for yesterday on fitday, went over the 1900 Cals a little bit but it might be more or less since i couldnt find any nutrition info from maggianos which is where i had dinner.

    agh havent done much since my last entry.

    yesterday i hit the treadmill for around 40 minutes, think its time to get new shoes since mine are starting to make my feet hurt
