    ET's finally get a good % of e5 advancement, and it happens to be the same cycle i get an EP and a few awards heh, good timing too because i was paying a little $ out of pocket for my new apt heh, not anymore

    There are now no e-4's or below in my 12-man division, and only 3 e-5's. :ugh:

    When I made second I was working in a shop with another senior E-5 and an E-6, the novelty quickly wore off when I was sweeping the shop at the end of the day :coolugh:

    I missed E-5 by 2.4 points. ET2 was at 18% too which is amazing for us. Oh well fifth time is the charm. I'll show up in San Diego an E-5...

    yea i overguessed with the 30% thing, whoops...i just went by assuming that i got around a 60 on the test, turns out i got a 71 :noes:
