Aching/Poppin/Sharp pain in wrist from lifting?

    My wrist start hurting from dips,pull ups,dead lift

    Never have used gloves or wraps.

    I know some of yall say dont worry if it pops,only if it hurts...well it hurts like a bitch

    Should I get some gloves with the wraps or is there any kind of wrist stretching that will help.

    Powerlifting starts in Jan and I need to start training harder,but this is holding me back.

    i'm in the same boat...just hurt my wrist like 5 days ago either on bicep day or when i was flat bench db pressing and fucked up getting the weights up. i can do things like flat bench, military press, etc but can barely put any weight on it for curls or anything where my hand is positioned like that

    had the same problem, so i worked out my forearms more. it somewhat helped and i don't feel it much when i do curls. :dunno:

    mine has been popping and hurting since 2003, you get used to it after awhile
