    Weight: 275 (bought a scale, so this is the first official, I don't think I'll weigh in every week, probably every month)

    Routine: Still biking 6 days/week, 10 miles. Workout Mon, Wed, Fri

    Feel much better since starting to eat clean 1.5 weeks ago, definate energy boost and motivation...

    I started running again last week after taking a year off due to laziness and work schedule. My first day (last monday) i weighed in at 191. Today I'm 188. I want to be at 170 by the end of summer. I ran 3 miles today and it took me around 30 minutes. My other goal is to run the Broad Street Run (10 Miles) next May before we move.
