I got great on bench and squat... everything is just 'good' and needs work. Who can't squat 2x their bw???
even the decent column is more than what i lift
Dont you mean good? what is your weight?
I'm good all the way down, the only one I question would be my standing military press...I don't do enough of that one to feel good about it as of today
I think that's a pretty good scale...seem realistic
I'd like to see everybody that posts "great" in their bench/squat/dead to post "great" in the pull-ups/dips/plank too...good luck on that
bench - hit 315 (yeah good here but i was lighter when i hit it)
squat - i've repped 360
funny thing with deadlift is that 2.75xbw is also 495 for me.
well i def need to get my bench up

That was back in November and December of last year. 2 knee surgeries within the last 6 months and few months away from hopefully my last one has put a hit on those numbers. Im sitting at about 500 right now but my squat is still terrible. I have been focusing on squatting since my quads became so atrophied more so right now. Its crazy that I think my grip strength took a huge hit over the months as well. My squat is decent, bench is good and dead is great, makes no sense to me. Long arms and legs mixed with a short torso FTL except when doing deads.
Yeah grip strength does goes fast. It does feel like I took a hit for 100 lbs. in squat/deadlift too after knee surgery. Good luck, I'm sure you'll get it all back.
Thanks bro. As long as I dont have to wear a stupid straight leg brace again for 2 and half months I will feel great. Where are your numbers at now since surgery?

When they are talking about 225 - 315 - 405 for bench for example is that what you can REP or MAX?

Down since I've been playing around with my carb intake. 300ish/400ish (s/d). Yeah, they both need work.
I'm basically at all the "Decent" standards, but training for pretty much hypertrophy exclusively for only a year im ok with it
God Im an idiot I totally missed your post above listing your numbers and weight. You squat better than I do and at 180 thats still pretty impressive nonetheless.
it says directly below the chart that all exercises are one rep max unless otherwise noted.
