I understand you at times come across as a typical jarhead, but I have faith that in the right circumstance you will do what you have been trained to do. I look forward to seeing your professional and personal development once you return from deployment. I expect you will find what you are looking for, not only with the Marine Corps, but also within yourself. Please keep us up to date with your progress and viewpoints of issues concerning the military, for that is a subject that involves all of us.

    Thank you for your service.

    Mr. Brackac,

I am curious to know who put you up to this post, and how much they paid you. If you could please respond at your earliest convienence. I understand that Warrant Officers are busy with things like sitting around and chatting about their time as enlisted when they did real work so I know that this will take some time. However I do not feel that this thread was created with anything other than sarcasm and that you only made it because perhaps someone threatened your flight status or offered you very large sums of money.

    Your friends in the Barracks

I was actually being serious. The kid is acting exactly like the majority of us acted at one point or another during our junior enlisted time. He just has the www to express his noobness. I bust his balls because that is what we do in the military, you know this man. Unfortunately for Accord he sets me up with the slowest of slow pitch softballs.

I just wished I could be his supervisor, from the statements he has made on this board he is missing some quality NCO leadership.

holy shit, he's right up there with some of the cadets that just got back from field training who are applying for the USAA loan. One guy was gonna get a truck until they turned him down, another is looking to get a G35, and a couple others are thinking of making stupid purchases also.

Wow :eek3: I was a cheap ass when I was an E-3. I at least waited till E-4 before spending 250k on a house. :o :mamoru:

Didn't get a new car till I got E-5. It was nice having the teg paid off, but it had alot of miles and was starting to have problems.

The USAA cadet loan is a fixed 2% up to 25K. If you are looking to buy a vehicle, and are a young person with little credit, it's not a bad deal.
