I've been lifting for about 2.5 years with a 6 month break a year into it when I was hurt (some of you may remember the story :o ), and somewhat limited upper body training for about 6 months after that due to a palsy of the spinal accesory nerve that innervates my upper right trap.

I've decided to try out Christophers' routine, even though my base numbers are about what his were when he stopped it. The main reasons are:
    1. I feel I've hit somewhat of a plateau
    2. I find it harder and harder to make it to the gym more than 3 days/week. Work has been busier and my wife is expecting, so I've been doing a lot of remodelling of the nursery, etc.
    3. I just finished a 205-185 cut, and I'm going to begin bulking again along with starting this routine.

    Starting numbers:
    5'9"
    185lbs

    max bench: 245
    max dl: 405
max squat: 405ish (estimated based on 365lb 3RM)
