I'm posting on my brother's account. He suggested i ask for help here.

I accidentally somehow disabled my iSight built in camera on my MacBook. I don't really know how i did it, but it i think it happened when a was messaging a friend on her messenger (AIM) and she invited me to a video chat (this is my best guess anyway). Also, what really bothers me is that when i look at my hardware under "about this mac-->more info" it no longer lists built in camera under the USB section. Can anyone give me any tips on how to fix this? Thank you.

Got it fixed. In case anyone needs to know how Mac support had me fix it the steps were as follows:

    1. Shutdown computer.
    2. Hold (on left side of keypad) contral, command, and option down and press the power button for 1 second, then release all buttons.
    3. Wait 10 seconds
    4. Reboot. And fixed
