I'm working out at the gym doing bicep curls in the lifting area. While doing my curls I notice one dude put a 45 lb plate on one side of the bar and no weight at all on the other side of the bar. He then lays down as if he's going to bench this. I could've easily said something to the guy to stop him but I've seen alot of strange people do all sorts of stupid excercises and techniques. Sure enough the guy is psyched an unracks the bar. The bar of course tips over, weight comes smashing down and lands on another guys foot and bar flies half way across the room. Other guys foot is now messed up bad (probably broken toes in the very least). How does somebody forget to put weight on both sides of the bar?
