Has anyone had this injury or know some good exercises to safely get full strength back again? This happened last summer so it seems to be fully healed as far as range of motion goes, but the strength isn't there and sometimes it feels like the joint is popping when I push it hard. I can work through the discomfort, but I don't want to make things worse. I'm trying to get in a little better shape here so I thought I would ask some people who know a whole lot more about this than I do. I would appreciate any advice or tips you guys might know.
