does anyone have a good ab routine?

right now i do a 3 day routine, usually work out 5-6 days a week (2 rotations)

    day1-chest/tri
    day2-back/bi
    day3-shoulder/legs

i was just looking for a good ab routine that anyone uses, and if so when should i do it? (split it up upper/lower/core abs between the 3 days or all abs routines on 1 day or everyday?)

I go 2 on, 1 off. Day 1 - Chest/Back Day 2 - Legs/shoulders Day 3 - Rest Day 4 - Repeat. I'll usually do abs every time im in the gym and it usually goes something like...swiss ball crunches 3x80, rope crunches 3x30 then call it a day. Have seen great results from that, my abs are a lot stronger and more visible since i started using this routine about 3 months ago.

well with the swiss ball crunches ill rotate each side of my abs, 20 to the right, 20 to the left side, etc. and ive read numerous times using a stability ball activates the more muscle fibers than most other ab exercises.

Turn it off. You need to be a little more careful when braking but you can usually brake deeper and harder into the turns to decrease lap times. Brake too hard and lock em up and you're going straight into the wall though.

I only played it for about 2 hours :o Been too busy with other stuff but I really should play it again. I won a skyline, suped it up, and then realised I can't use it for any of my races :owned:

But I'll definitely turn it off then

    I care for no AV's.
Am I the only fool that does what I call "Boxer's sit ups"?

I used to box, and this is how the coach had me do sit ups:
    1) sit up incline bench
    2) hands to temples of head, elbows out wide.
    3) As you pull up you twist so that one elbow touches the opposite side knee.
    4) on EVERY fifth elbow/knee touch, stay in upright position, and alternate touching elbows to opposite knees 5 times FAST. Then return to down position.
    5) repeat steps 3-4 until it burns.

Works great and tones your sides very nicely.

Leg raises and all variations of leg raises. I don't feel much else in the lower abs.
