yea. go to the squat rack in your gym. do bicep curls in squat rack until you can't do anymore. Start out with the bar on your first day. This may take you a while.

So your set's and reps will look like this

1x500 Try that for starters. If you don't feel the burn by then at 2.5 pounds on each side and continue again for another 1x500.

For abs I use an ab lounge. You can buy them at a fitness store. You can watch tv while using it too. It's great!!!

Also if you wan't an extra burn in your biceps heres what you do. This is called a superset. It's an extra set after your main set. You just do the bar and do speeds. Do it fast as you can basically. Do this until you can no longer hold onto the bar.

:nono: You already work your legs enough just by walking.

Also this next advice is more mental. If your about to give up and the burn is on in your biceps what helps me is to zone out and say out loud to myself "I like apple pie". Just say that over and over each rep. It helps you zone out so you don't feel the burn as bad.
