so i've had this issue for awhile but it doesnt seem to affect my workouts, as far as i know. i had 6 pack abs as a teenager+young adult, i'm a male, and i've never been pregnant so i dont know how i got this issue. diastasis recti it's the seperation in the center of the abs. it's only visibile when my torso is at odd angles. any tips on fixing this? there are af ew things i've found online, as far as exercises go, just wondering if any of our resident fitness experts have any thoughts.
