Thoughts? I'm overweight and have been using his book for about a month now and I am starting to see some gain in my arms and a little in the stomach area.

Has anyone tried this 'diet' and gym plan before? I am going to stay on this for a while....I just want to know if anyone else has tried it and I'm curious on how it worked.

    Thanks!

Amazingly enough I started this diet this morning. I have a brother-in-law that's been on it for about a month and has seen really good results. I'm starting out way heavier than he is. It's time to get something done and this seems to work really well. I was going to post a thread asking about it here as well. I'm interested to see what the folks here say.

some of the recipies look good....

All that info is in the stickies but I commend you for actually doing some research and then posting about instead of being a dumbfuck worthless n00b who comes in wanting abs in 5-7 days.

    As a OTF&N regular I thank you.

i had this book about a year ago, and it pretty much just tells you to eat a lot of protein and avoid junk food:dunno:

yea the diet is nothing revolutionary. but it does provide a lot of food options and guidelines for people who may not know much about nutrition. i bought the recepie companion book, one because it was on sale, and two because there are some good recipies in it
