Hey guys just wanted to see if anyone had any comments/suggestions on my cutting plan.

    Backround:
I'm 19, 5'11 200lbs been lifting regularly for 5 years. Bf was at 14% 2 months ago ( it was a handheld caliber, i heard they can be off by 5% either way?) Anyway, i got up to a good size and now looking to cut 15-20lbs.
Im currently on a 4 day split; chest/tris, back/bi's, shoulders, legs. I think i'll keep the split the same but just move to a higher weight/lower reps (between 4-6 reps?). I plan on adding 4-5 days of 30-40 minute cardio as well.

    Supplements:
Currently taking whey (morning, post workout), basic creatine (5g pre/post workout), arginine (5g pre workout), glutamine (5g pre/post), bcaa's, multivitamin, and casein at night.
For cutting i was going to add ec stack(20:200mg), green tea, and fish oil.
If anyone has any suggestion on the timing of the ec/green tea stack id appreciate it. I've never used a cutting stack. Also, should i keep taking the creatine/arginine? Ive heard mixed results on taking these while cutting.

    Diet:
7:30am: 4 scrambled eggs, 1 cup dry bran cereal, 30g whey.
    11am(post workout): 50grams maltodextin, 30g whey.
    2pm: 2 cans tuna
4:30pm: protein bar (30g protein, 4 net carbs)
6pm: 1 can tuna, 3 egg whites, 2-3 cups cooked vegetables
    12am: 25g casein

Any suggestions on that diet? I know some of the breaks are kind of long (ie 730-11 and 6-12 but my metabolism is fairly slow and dont feel the need to eat during these times).

Just wanted to see what everyone thought. Thanks for the help/advice.
