For your home gym or what?

The belt sizes are based on your waist measurement, so just order whatever size pants you wear.

I have the EFS prime cut belt and its still thick and stiff as fuck. The 13mm is gonna be pretty hardcore.

do not get a 13mm belt - I have one and its useless. Get the prime cut belt.

and ordering your pant size is a great way to have to send the belt back. get a tape measure and measure your actual waist - around your belly button area. order accordingly

I measured the area and its about 39"...even though the medium says 34"-37" would it still fit? I've been losing weight so I dont wanna get a large and than its too big later on the down the road.

single is less of a hassle when you are cranking it down really tight, lever belt are always a good option as well

double prong belts are simply a pain in the ass and don't give any more support then a normal belt to the average gym rat. The 10mm isnt a bad choice... I like thin belts and when I have some more money laying around I'll be getting a skinnier belt for everything.

    this is my favorite belt:

my 13mm is just way too thick to be useful, it dwarfs the belt in the picture. And the majority of people don't even know how to properly use a belt as it is.

Double prong is totally fucking pointless. Even the guys at Elite will tell you to get a single prong.

Also really thick belts are A PAIN IN THE ASS to pull tight when you have a suit on and shit.

But, what about for someone not using a suit, breifs, bench shirt, or any other gear? What about someone recovering from a disc injury? I'm just curious.

13mm isnt' going to benefit you anymore than a 10mm belt I don't think.

like i said before... most people dont even know how to use a belt, they just assume putting one on is going to keep them safe or some shit. a belt is there for you to press your abs out onto. this requires keeping your air and it also keeps you tight - reducing the chance of injury.

95% of the people you see walking around a gym tighten up their belt but let their air out and get loose, the belt aint gonna do shit if thats the case.

    thicker isnt better
